These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Journey on Nature’s Path Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application & Approval

All affiliates must submit an application to join the Program. Approval is at the sole discretion of Journey on Nature’s Path.

Affiliates agree to promote Journey on Nature’s Path with integrity and follow all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Journey on Nature’s Path reserves the right to remove any affiliate at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of brand assets, unethical behavior, or actions that do not align with our values.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn 30% commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link unless otherwise stated inside the affiliate dashboard.

2.2 Qualified Sale

A qualified sale is defined as a completed purchase that is not refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back.

2.3 Referral Tracking

Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link. Tracking duration is determined by the platform hosting the affiliate program.

3. Payouts

3.1 Payout Timing

Affiliate commissions are paid within 30 days of the customer’s successful payment to allow for any applicable refund period.

3.2 Payment Method

All commissions are paid via PayPal unless otherwise specified. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal email address is accurate.

3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback within the payout window, the associated commission will be voided or reversed.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 Truthful Promotion

Affiliates must promote Journey on Nature’s Path honestly and accurately. No false claims, guarantees, or misleading statements are permitted.

4.2 FTC Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional materials in accordance with FTC guidelines.

4.3 Brand Representation

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, partners, or owners of Journey on Nature’s Path.

4.4 No Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to purchase products or services for personal gain.

4.5 No Unauthorized Incentives

Offering cash rebates, unauthorized bonuses, or misleading incentives in exchange for purchases is prohibited unless approved in writing.

5. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates may NOT:

• Run paid ads targeting the Journey on Nature’s Path brand name or variations

• Bid on branded keywords

• Use spam email, spam DMs, or automated mass messaging

• Post affiliate links on coupon or deal sites without approval

• Create fake scarcity, false bonuses, or misleading discounts

• Use misleading URLs or domain names

Violation may result in immediate removal from the Program.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Limited License

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials provided by Journey on Nature’s Path.

6.2 No Alterations

Logos, trademarks, brand assets, and messaging may not be altered without written permission.

7. Program Changes

Journey on Nature’s Path reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates

• Add or remove affiliate-eligible offers

• Change payout schedules

• Update these Terms & Conditions

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Termination

8.1 At-Will Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

8.2 For Cause

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8.3 Post-Termination

Upon termination, all promotional use of Journey on Nature’s Path branding must cease.

9. No Earnings Guarantee

Affiliate income varies based on individual effort, audience engagement, and marketing skill. No specific income or results are guaranteed.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

Journey on Nature’s Path shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA.
